Every way to reach us, and what each one is for
Three routed email addresses, plus WhatsApp, Instagram and post. Each email is read by a person and logged, so nothing depends on someone remembering it.

- Bulk, corporate and gifting enquiries. Volume quotes, a physical sample before a run, purchase orders and GST invoicing for a company purchase. Tell us the quantity, the names or artwork, the delivery city and the date you're working to. Logged as a ticket, so the quote thread holds together when procurement or finance join it.

- An order you have already placed. A change before it goes on the printer, where it is, a piece that arrived damaged, returns and refunds. Quote your order number and we can pull the file up. Keep the BDS reference in the subject line and your reply stays on the same thread.

Acknowledged within 48 hours and answered by the Grievance Officer directly — a complaint does not go back to whoever handled the order. - Fastest for a quick question, or to send a photo of the thing you want made.
